We have an Immediate Requirement for Client Servicing Executive/Sr Executive for our Support Division at netCORE Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
1. Maintain, develop and grow existing client relationships
2. Manage day-to-day operations associated with existing campaign by successfully and proactively:
Build solid customer relationships and act as point person for client questions and concerns
Oversee all campaign delivery and optimization efforts
Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery through campaign delivery reporting
Manage campaign performance and make optimization recommendations
Provide clients/sales with any necessary campaign reporting
Work closely with internal teams to identify growth opportunities for existing campaign and present to client
Upsell and renew existing campaigns/clients
Strong customer service orientation
Strong problem-solving orientation Note:
