Required Centralized Helpdesk and Service Desk function candidate based in Mumbai primarily for supporting
IT HelpDesk operations in Mumbai and other BOA branches across India.HelpDesk is Single Point of contact
for technical and process related Incidents logged by users across India branches.
Helpdesk is single point of contact for users & responsible for complete incidents).
To attend Incoming & Outgoing support queries for all users across India
Logging tickets for all Incoming and support calls in HP SM9 tool & keep a track until its closure.
To co-ordinate with Engineers across India for tickets closure & updates.
Co-ordination and follow-up with Regional and Local teams for all Incidents and Requests received at the Helpdesk.
Making Daily Call Report for including the EOD Pending call report.
Providing information to users regarding the status of their incidents.
Responsible for assigning the incidents effectively and efficiently and provide timely
