Job Description:

  • To coordinate end-to-end Backend Processing activities, Collaborate with Business Development Team, Insurance Companies, Branches/ Distribution channels and Operations team.
  • Coordinating with Branches, Collecting all documents required for Policy issuance
  • Regularly update and educate the Branches about new products.
  • Keeping TAT for premium Quoting.
  • Maintain relationship with Branches Staff and customers
  • Maintain Track of Payments to be received from the Branches and follow-up for the same.
  • Attend the Customer complaints/ grievance raised by the branch.
  • Create awareness for the Branches on products and Sales process, generate retail business leads from branches.
  • To check and verify the Policy documents from branches and/or Business Development team and collaborate with Operations team / support Operations team to complete the policy issuance process within TAT.
  • Maintain relationship with Branches and its hierarchy at regional level and coordinate for all Customer Service related
