Job Title: Customer Care Representative voice and email (ICCR-LV)
Job Location: Ahmedabad
The Technical Support Executive will provide 1st level support to clients by identifying, researching and resolving client issues.
The representative is expected to professionally, accurately and efficiently handle client inquiries through email and telephone, and resolve semi-technical, billing and performance related issues.
The representative is expected to identify client issues and engage with technical teams to identify solutions.
Must demonstrate initiative, be a motivated team player and be able to perform with minimal supervision.
Respond to client inquiries or escalate problems as appropriate
Perform research on clients behalf including following through with internal workgroups such as Accounting, Technical, Legal and Marketing Services teams
Assist client in navigating website and utilizing client reporting tools
Handle escalated client requests
Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets
Work on ad hoc projects as and when assigned by the client
Required Skills and Experience:
Basic phone etiquettes
Speak in a clear and neutral accent
Understand American accent
Comprehend customer issues over the phone
Excellent written communication
Interpersonal skills should be able to work in a small team cohesively to achieve team targets
Familiarity with the internet and web enabled communications
Analytical skills comprehend and analyze technical issues
Experience with MS Office basic to intermediate
Basic HTML knowledge is preferred, but not required
Basic understanding of Internet marketing practices will be an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree preferred B.Tech, Engineering, BCA, MCA, etc. (but not must)
6 months of experience in client facing or customer service roles will be an added advantage
