Morningstar India hiring Associate/Senior Associate

Respond to queries via email and calls (to support desktop and web based products) Answer customer calls in a professional / pleasant manner including troubleshooting or providing live help to the customer

        1. Research required information using available resources
        2. Handle and resolve queries and complaints
        3. Promotes features of products in a customer centric manner, sensing customer requirements
        4. Communicates feedback from customers to the relevant team, with relevant details
        5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant team
        6. Route calls / emails to appropriate resource, only when necessary
        7. Follow up calls or emails as assured to customers
        8. Complete logs when escalating to the technical team
        9. Complete call logs
        10. Maintain working & updated knowledge of the features, benefits, and functionality of Client products
