Job Description:

Responsibilities :-
Support customers in real time
Handle general advertising and technical inquiries for customers as a front-line product expert and ensure best practices are utilized
Troubleshoot product issues
Manage campaigns to ensure that budgets are fulfilled and optimize based on performance requirements
Educate new prospects and current customers on our advertising solutions to cross sell new products and features
Onboard new customers onto our platform
Identify account optimization and upsell opportunities and effectively communicate these to customers
Initiate new features and enhancements with our product team ï‚· Be a key stakeholder in the development of the SMB market
Provide consultative and strategic online marketing guidance for customers

Candidate Profile:

Communication Skills :-
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is must.
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers ï‚· Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently

Prerequisite :-
Strong customer interaction skills and ability to work in a variety of customer situations
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Web/Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology a must
The ability to think and react quickly
Passion for helping people
Desire for problem solving
Must be willing to work in a 24/7 support team with rotational shifts and offs.
