Job Description:

        1. Working in our multi-disciplined teams, you will apply your talents to a wide variety of complex, demanding and high profile transactions from acquisitions and mergers to flotation’s and buy-outs. Your responsibilities will include:
        2. Performing financial analysis on data provided and arriving at conclusions / identifying issues
        3. Assess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients and third-parties appropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve anomalies
        4. Preparing sections of Transaction & Restructuring reports
        5. Establishing credibility with clients/targets as a representative of KPMG Transaction Services
        6. Maintaining business contacts (i.e. it is our expectation that associates will make a positive commitment to maintaining contact with people they meet on transactions, who may become important providers of work in the future)
        7. To provide support/assistance for proposals/business development activities
        8. To contribute to the effective working of the team and development of team morale
        9. To prepare first draft engagement letters, demonstrating T&R technical/risk management awareness

Eligibility Criteria:

        1. Have 0 -4 years of post qualification experience in Transaction Services or in a similar environment (Audit and accounting firms)
        2. Strong written and spoken English language skills
        3. Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
        4. Have strong analytical skills and good verbal and written communication
        5. Have the ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
        6. Should have strong education pedigree
        7. Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time
        8. Have strong soft skills such as; inter personal skills, team skills, communication skills both verbal and written
