Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Completing the tax return preparation within stipulated time
  • Prepare an error free tax return
  • Identify inconsistencies and resolve them with the help of supervisors
  • Ensure consistency in work and do not repeat the errors.
  • Need to check the accuracy and completeness of the return
  • Need to rectify any errors or omissions and communicate the same to the reviewer
  • Ensure high levels of quality through proper self-review
  • Coordinate with project lead on engagement related matters to facilitate seamless communication with onshore team.
  • Work towards achievement of internal metrics set forth by the management
