Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities :-
Develop an understanding all of all the applications on KPMG network
Estimate time to completed a work request and allocate them accordingly
Review of the work requests as per standards
Ensure work is completed timely, accurately and error free
Providing guidance to Associates to other team members as required on any questions related to the work assigned as well as Audit methodology
Properly manage time to ensure all work is completed by the required due date and has been appropriately reviewed.
Communicating (verbal and written) with secondees, management and on-shore teams related to any issues and the status of work in progress. This would include reviewing team members written communication
Attend all process and soft skill trainings as required.
Continuous adoption of process improvement.
Take-up other activities from time to time do build personal and professional skills

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications and Skills :-
Qualified CA with 0-1 yrs. of experience
Strong English language and communication skills
Strong Accounting and Auditing Knowledge
Knowledge of MS Office (Good Excel Skills)
Attention for detail and quality conscious
Strong communication abilities (both written and spoken English skills)
Should be willing to stretch in terms of working hours based on the business needs including working on weekends during peak season
