Job Description:

        1. Sourcing candidates for the Tied channel
        2. Would be responsible for the pre joining process vacancy creation, document evaluation, offer generation
        3. Would be responsible for the post joining process emp code creation, assisting new joinees with other formalities
        4. Handling employee queries at the branches
        5. Creating periodic MISs

Eligibility Criteria:

        1. Graduate or MBA
        2. Should be skilled at using systems (excel, word, power point)
        3. Work experience of 3 months to 1 year in HR domain would be preferred
        4. Good communication skills required
        5. Should have knowledge of job portals

Selection/Interview process:

        1. Aptitude Test
        2. Technical and HR Interview
