Job Description:

Managing the complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent after indentification of manpower requirement.
Using various recruitment techniques (job portals, social media platform, referencing, head hunting) for closing the mandates.
Effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
Interacting with the stakeholders to understand all necessary aspects & needs.
Guiding the candidates on interview pattern at Kotak GI.
Excellent English Communication.
Good in Excel and Power Point Presentation would be added advantage.
