Customer Relationship management:

        1. Handling Customer Service, Marketing Services and Operation to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving customer lifetime value.
        2. Maintaining excellent service quality from the point of enquiry to follow-up and then closure.
        3. Clear understanding of the business objective with ability to communicate same accurately when prospects first enquire.
        4. Create and maintain up-to-date business script to be used when answering customer queries over phones and emails.
        5. Document and ensure that all client specific information is precise.
        6. Ensure that business plans and strategies are acted upon and translated into desired business outcome.
        7. Responsible for accounts receivables
        8. Maintaining a constant awareness of the business context, company profitability and competitors performance
        9. Assessing product specifications and customer requirements
        10. Promptly report and act on any shortfalls in enquires that may affect overall business performance and obstruct project completion SLAs.
        11. Responsible for optimum lead conversion ensuring project success and profitability.
        12. Thoroughly follow assigned work plans and contribute to the best ability to meet business goals.

L1 First Level:

        1. Deliver end to end customer support
        2. Initial point of contact for all client requests
        3. Educating customers about the companys product and services offerings.
        4. Thoughtfully handling customer request over phone, email, chat and face to face interactions.
        5. Skillfully handle all types of customer queries, any grievances and feedback
        6. Tracking and maintaining records of queries and correspondence with customers to develop analytics reports for decision making.
        7. While handling customer request ensure to abide by the customer service SLAs
        8. Maintaining a constant awareness of the product knowledge, market insights and competitors performance
        9. Stay updated about the developments in customer service by reading relevant journals

Skill Set:

        1. Oversee client service representative groups and make sure clients receive instant service.
        2. They have to communicate with the clients through phones, internet, fax, mails or meet them personally to discuss customer problems.
        3. While interacting with customers the CRM makes sure that they follow the organizations protocols.
        4. Manage all customer requirements and queries and solve their problems swiftly.
        5. Making sure the customer information is accurate and also supervises payment dispensing.
        6. Giving out the right information on the objectives of the organization when the clients call for the first time.
        7. Evaluates the circumstance and determines a proper course of action.
        8. Helps in determining a suitable solution for the organization during difficult situations by working along with the employee.
        9. Sustain and maintain an up-to-date record.
        10. Controlling vendor issues, coordinating work activities, preparing sales strategies, reconciling data, communicating internal data to upper management and finding new ways to improve services.

Global Chat Support Executive Chat:

        1. Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving by responding to all Chat request
        2. Assist customers with new and existing accounts and website navigation
        3. Be an active listener who can show empathy and patience in a non-scripted environment
        4. Communicate information to a variety of non-technical and technical customers
        5. Resolve customer inquiries
        6. Work in a fast paced, high volume, changing environment
        7. Learn and strives to gain new knowledge about product and service changes
        8. Good writing skills; strong command of chat etiquette required
        9. Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and determine the best course of action to close the sales opportunity over chat.
        10. Ability to modify your communication style to obtain your customers’ trust and confidence.
        11. Tracking and maintaining records of queries and correspondence with customers to develop analytics reports for decision making.
        12. Provide Chat/Online support to new members that want to register.
        13. Inform new members about the best Payment methods available in their respective countries.
        14. Provide guidance to new members that are not well informed on how to start.
        15. Escalate technical tickets to the appropriate technical support parties.
        16. Make quick and accurate responses to members that issue common queries.
        17. Solve payment related problems of our members.
