Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities :-
Includes specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectives. The primary responsibility of the Trade Static team is on-boarding and maintenance of Client records also known as CIF (Customer Information File) records on the Trade systems.
Each staff will be primarily responsible for executing the task assigned in the group which would include, though not exhaustive, setting up clients record (CIF) on the system, maintaining work log, investigating exceptions/ information required etc. On a daily basis, the role involves validation of critical aspects of Client information like KYC details etc and work on various client inquiry and KYC systems. The individual needs to be able to execute daily work and actions needed for timely resolution and escalation, when appropriate. The job also involves extensive investigation on a transaction and ageing level. Although the role will have individual responsibilities, expectation will be to contribute to meeting teams goals and SLAs. The individual will be relied upon to approach routine duties with some analytical reasoning to determine the impact of completing the task as requested. Escalate and refer all concerns or non-routine situations to supervisors and managers.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Skills :-
0-1 years experience in a bank operations environment. Knowledge of Trade Finance would be an added advantage.
Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to details, highly organized and deadline oriented, are strengths.
Excellent PC skills, proficient with MS Office suite of products, particularly MS Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as interpersonal skills.
Assertiveness to ask questions and pursue open issues until resolution in a positive and professional manner.
Ability to adapt to a very fast pace and changing environment.
Ability to work within a global team environment, spanning several regions, and time zones.
An agreed process for escalation to donor site will be developed; the incumbent will need to display strong verbal and written communication skills.
Language Requirements Strong English written and verbal communication skills are required.
