Delivery Management :
Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs by the team in the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for relevant, timely and accurate reporting of financial information to stakeholders.
Ensure adequate assistance in the closure of the books of the accounts on monthly and annual basis.
Ensure Compliance with the accounting policies, procedures and the accounting GAAPs.
Continuous Improvement :
Identify areas of improvement in existing processes to ensure better SLA delivery
Business Liaison :
Maintain good working relationships with all JLT colleagues and 3rd parties. Continually strive to raise the profile of Captive Insurance Accounting within and outside the organization.
