Handling reception/ front office (Handling Inward /Outward Couriers & Calls, Handling Visitors). Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence ( Courier,stationery, Attendance etc.)
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Provide secretarial support to Manager / Handle all the appointments of the CEO.
Performing office duties related to maintaining record, file, orders etc.
Coordinating for different official activities with the help of HR Dept.
Any other responsibilities and duties as assigned from the reporting Manager from time to time

Good Communication skills, Presentable.
