You would be required to generate business for your designated branch in the assigned geography.
This would require field activities and the work would involve local travel in the assigned geography.
To source customers for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank. Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporate revenue Generation,
Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process
Incumbent will be responsible for either or both products (Current and Savings Account)
To acquire customers for Current Account, Savings Account along with other products of the bank, from a pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trusts associations, societies and corporate.
To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers.
To cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, Asset Products etc.
To retain customers through efficient customer service till three months of acquisition when accounts are handed over to branch banking team.
To work towards satisfying the customer needs by selling the right products and services offered by the Bank.
Co-ordinate with internal teams to accomplish the tasks assigned.
