Candidate should be graduate in any stream. Candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi and
vernacular (ability to converse of any additional language is welcome) .
Candidate should be polished in mannerisms required to converse gently with all and sundry that would call the 1-800 number.
Candidate should have earlier experience in handling calls in a similar background.
Candidate should be able to interact with business representative of ITC and update/process calls pertaining to product brands.
NP: Should join in 7 days, max 15 days.
