Ensure that the agreed individual agents revenues are met/ exceeded through sales planning, implementation of the agreed sales initiatives and ensuring high level of market interface which results in achievement of overall regional target.
Regular monitoring of the financial status of all the agents to avoid any default of sales proceeds.
Prospecting for new business: Business focus in developing new channels by identifying different type of agents currently not prioritizing our airlines sale or identifying new agents currently not working with us at all. Either or both these initiatives should result in incremental growth in revenues and should sustainable revenue build-up.
Customer Handling: Ensure efficient sales service to customers in accordance with their business requirements, including timely information on product, policies, schemes, schedule and other updates etc. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business, increased market share and sustainable relationships.
Market Trends: Keep abreast on the latest rules and regulations, market and competitors information. Undertake regular discussions on the updates of market trends and suggesting ways and means to the Sales/ Regional Manager.
Trade Relationships: Maintain effective relationships with high performing Travel Agencies to achieve the agreed objectives as stated above.

Data Analysis: Regular analysis of the operational data that the HO shares on a daily basis. Create own models to track and analyze data for sales planning and actions.
Co-ordination: Undertake close co-ordination with related departments like Sales Support, Commercial, Corporate Sales and finance departments with an aim to ensure better service to the agents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate Fresher/ Sales Experience
An organized individual, who is articulate and is able to produce sound and logical written reports. Should be computer literate and also have good command of the English language.
Customer orientation, strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills would be necessary for this position.
Experience : 0 to 4 yrs.
Salary : INR 2,25,000 – 4,25,000 PA
