Indoasian Buildcon hiring Sales/Business Development Manager

To be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue and sales through the appropriate media

      1. To ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base
      2. To host any promotion events or external site as required
      3. Establish new business over and above the base business through direct corporate and agency business.
      4. Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action
      5. Have extensive knowledge of competitors
      6. Organize corporate sales promotional initiatives
      7. Encourage full usage of all facilities to maximize sales
      8. Carry out telephone sales calls to sell the facilities
      9. Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
      10. To ensure personal presentation is of the highest standards at all times to project a professional image to clients
      11. Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and to the hotel/company standards
      12. Be present to meet and greet customers as appropriate
      13. Entertain prospective clients where appropriate
      14. Liaise with the rest of the team on a day to day basis to obtain all new sales leads
      15. Follow the corporate strategies set by the Revenue Manager
      16. Be aware of company policies, which affect the sales department
      17. Ensure that the Finance department is given accurate information for billing if required
      18. Have full product knowledge of the facilities offered
      19. Be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the departments targets
      20. Ensure that statistical data is produced and analyzed
      21. Demonstrate a can do attitude at all times
      22. Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job

Candidate prerequisite

        1. Min experience in sales across sectors or Freshers having interest to get into sales.
        2. A strong Interest in Sales and clear understanding of sales strategies
        3. Experience in organizing Corporate events
