- The SLA’s include Quality%, Productivity, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction scores) and Financial parameters.
- MS Office (Excel in particular) will be an added advantage
- Willing to work in 24/7 Environment. (Night shifts are mandatory) and willing to sign a service agreement as per the company norms
- Candidates should possess Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Adm., Master of Business Admin
- Experience on Mutual Fund transactions like unlocking, financial hardship and Non Residency.
