Perform application installation and configuration.
Escalate unresolved issues in a timely and effective manner.
Review documented processes and Knowledge Base articles.
Ensure responses to customers are professional, timely and effective.
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA from a recognized university or institution.
Should have 0-1 years Exp in Technical support,Windows admin, Active directory Basic Active Directory Administration for user accounts and other business applications; Adds, changes & deletions etc.
Maintenance of Security & Distribution list membership
User administration of customer email accounts.
Should be ready for 1 year contract job
