We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of “Customer Service Executive – Contact Center”, In this role, you will: Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures
Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries Maintain highest standards of audit and compliance requirements
To acquire detailed understanding of the process design and to be able to exceed SLA standards
Acquire knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Good keyboard skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Graduation/12th pass certificate.

BPO experience can be added advantage.
