Job Description:

Manages and drives end-to-end process, vision and implementation of their process area and associated capability, with a key emphasis and knowledge of Marketing and Sales Leads processing within Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Ensures alignment across Regions to drive Center of Excellence consistency world-wide for process area and associated capability
Works with the multiple Business Teams and stakeholders to rationalize requirements and determine priority
Partners with IT and Support Teams for implementation of requirements following the established Platform Governance
Manage all documentation relative to their process area and capability for each implementation and any associated updates or changes both on and off implementation cycles.
Understands the IT development lifecycle and platform relative to the business impacts. Can identify potential impacts and dependences across other processes and capabilities within the Sales Platform
Manages Change Requests for their area with clear expectation setting and follow up
Input and approval to MoC documentation and Training items as applicable
SME Consultation for process area and capability when needed
Champions any issues or escalations for their area as appropriate

Candidate Profile:

University degree or advanced university degree.
Typically up to 4 years of related experience in IT/business operations.
Typically up to 4 years of project management experience.
