Job Description:

Fashion Styling- Advised customers on selection of garments, assisting in fittings and alterations, helping them select the right sizes, assisting with accessorizing.
Assisting potential customers by answering product and service related queries; suggesting information about other products and services.
Attending to customer queries- in person and over the phone in regards to latest trends, availability of sizes .
To meet company objectives and achieve sales target.
Visual merchandising as per HQ guidelines.
Following opening and closing standards checklist daily.
Contributing in zero/slow/best sellers reports to the manager.
Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
Resolving product related problems by following up with the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintaining customer cards for the CRM initiatives.
Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
Contributing in team work by accomplishing related results as needed.
