Candidates should possess B.Sc from recognized university. Candidates shoulod have following skills Technical Skills-Networking & Communication-CCNA
Troubleshooting, tracking, and resolution of day-to-day network issues.
Timely escalation of escalated calls
Monitoring and managing customer network to maximize Network uptime.
Managing NMS for monitoring customer network
Assist with the creation and implementation of documentation and procedures to support operation of the network
Keeping track of the network equipment inventory and forward suggestions to the Level 2 for further analysis.
Escalate, Track, Troubleshoot issues with the service vendors if they exceed the SLA timelines.
Basic Knowledge of Routing protocols( OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, RIP) and ISDN to Resolve day to day calls
Monitoring all CBS WAN branches/offices/users for any network problem
Identification/resolution of network problem (routing issue, configuration issue, hardware issue, IOS issue, activating backup links in case auto failover not happening etc.) of all components of the CBS Wide Area Network
