Job Description:

Facilitate,prepare and conduct daily sales conversations
Manage a pipeline of tier 1 national merchants and meet aggressive sales targets
Close high value retail and service clients for the organisation
Responsible for contract negotiation on new and renewal business
Develop familiarity with merchant’s business, including but not limited to : products, consumer demographics,ratings,points of competitive differentiation, merchant economic model and revenue and profit drivers.
Understands and applies concepts of deal structure and strategy that are proven for models for successful achievement of the merchant’s desired outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

UG: Any Graduate
PG:Any Postgraduate
Doctorate:Any Doctorate – Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
0-53 yrs of experience in sales exp
Network of contacts in the relevant sector is a definite bonus.
Ability to forge alliances/tie ups quickly.
Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
Strong interpersonal and social skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts/merchants simultaneously
