Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for:
Scrutiny of the Complaints /case. Study the facts of the case, get the required information from DPHs and furnish the same to Advocates. Timely preparation of documentation and prepare the witnesses of the management for evidence and equip them to face the cross examination in the courts. To attend the courts as and when required.
Active follow up of the court cases and prepare MIS of the court cases and furnish them to the management. To look out for case laws and also unreported ones to help our cases. To identify cases on regular basis for disposals and out- of- the- court- settlements.
To represent as Management Representative in the domestic inquires and to guide the DPHs in this regard.
To liaison with this various Government authorities and to represent the company in matters before them.
To share knowledge and information on labour and IR matters with DPHs and BCMs.
To advise the DPHs / BCMs on IR and related matters referred to us.
Organizational initiatives such as PMO on Absenteeism and PMO Disciplinary Proceedings Tracking Systems.
Draft letters pertaining to disciplinary and other matters independently. Advice DPHs on drafting of charge sheets, show cause, warning letters etc.
To shortlist possible cases for out of court settlements.
To ensure that the company as a principal employer is legally well fortified in contract labour matters.
To get reliable and timely IR intelligence and thereby helping the management in pre-empting any move of the opposite forces to disrupt the prevailing IR peace.
To conduct periodical/random audits of IR & related work processes to ensure uniform work practices and cent percent statutory compliances.
