Globus Stores Wallk-In for Sales/Business Development Manager

Ensuring setting of customer service standards in the store. Ensuring 100 % achievement CSR punctuality Initial entry of new membership on time. 

        1. Responsible for overall Customer Experience in the store.
        2. Communicating with the sales, marketing and customer relations teams for understanding expectations and defining requirements at the store
        3. Communicating all Standard Operating Procedures for the store.
        4. Build relationships with customers to achieve higher repeat sales through Friends Programs
        5. Giving customer feedback to store manager
        6. Personally resolving all customer complaints
        7. Control pilferage within specified standards.
