Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities :-
Effectively manage Inbound and outbound calls
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities before submission.
Insert customer data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure completion
Keep records of customer interactions and file documents if any
Keeps the information confidential
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Candidate Profile:

Good Communication (oral and written)
Knowledge on email, telephone, customer service
Typing speed of minimum 60 w.p.m
Knowledge of MS Office
Integrity, ownership, multi tasking, manage projects and time effectively
Willing to learn
Takes initiative
Adapts to the changes (office dynamics, team, projects, etc.)
