Job Description:

We are only looking for candidates who are willing to work in night-shifts between 7:45PM to 3:45AM IST. If you are not comfortable or unable to do night-shifts, this position would not be suitable for you.
Will report to the Senior Director Human Resources with a dotted-line reporting structure to the US Recruiting Operations Head
Will recruit for technology and sciences-based positions as assigned
Should have good working exposure with Job boards like, Dice, Monster & Career Builder and recruit good technical candidates on Direct and MSP Client requirements in the US
Should have good communication skills written and verbal with neutral ascent
Must utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to attract this correctly identified talent to the positions worked on.
Coordinate travel arrangements, training’s and client forums as needed
Expected to make between 20 to 30 calls a day
Candidates from BPO background also preferred with good communication skills

Candidate Profile:

Expected Skills :-
Graduate/Post Graduate in the field of Sales or Marketing or Human Resources or some experience in Human Resources Support or Sales or Marketing or Customer Service or Education/Degree within the field of Technology or similar experience/education.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Strong organizational & time management skills
Customer service or Sales orientation. Previous experience in these fields is a big plus.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skills
Ability to multi task
Ability to follow instructions as needed.
