– Engaging with premium clients to build relationships, and delivering a positive client experience while acquiring new customer base. The position would be an acquisition role
– Driving business through defined channels of acquisition [Retail, Corporate, Venue-sales]
– Interface between various stake holders to ensure fulfillment of the value proposition that will be sold to the card member.
– Providing various marketing and promotional strategies so as to improve the company’s sales
– Making MIS spreadsheets to maintain the customer status.
– Ensuring all performance standards are met viz. business targets, controls and compliance
– Maintaining relationship with existing and new HNI clients (includes, CEOs, VPs, Directors, etc)
– Demonstrating the highest levels of controls and compliance adherence in the sales process and in personal conduct
– Relationship Management background, should be able to network and create a rapport with the customer.
– Influence / persuasion skills, should have the ability to influence perspective or decision making. Build the buy in for the product/service.
Skills & Requirement
– Excellent Communication Skills
– Minimum 0.6 months experience in Sales
– Experience in Client/Customer interaction/servicing
– Graduation required
