- Candidate should have working experience on Ticketing tools( ticket raising)
- Candidate should have Knowledge about SLA ( Service level agreement).
- Candidate should have Knowledge about Call logging.
- Candidate should have Knowledge about priority base calls.
- candidate should be very good in Mails and call.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible in 24*7 process.
