Job Description:

Identify, analyze, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
Identification and Tracking of business Opportunities including RFP and RFI from potential clients.
Working with the BD Managers, follow up on leads and referrals received from overseas locations.
Manage all phase of sales development cycles, from prospecting and cold calling through detailed presentation and negotiation to closing and follow-up activities.
Lead the effort to identify and formulate winning strategy and oversee preparation of proposals / responses to RFPs and RFIs
Meet prospective corporate clients and make presentation of firms profile including projects designed and executed by the firm
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy
Coordinate with the leadership and design teams regarding project capability
Retain existing and adding new clients to increase client base for the company
Analyze effectiveness of marketing material and working with the marketing staff, maintain inventory of marketing materials
Coordinate design, production, and writing of marketing material
Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
Seek out speaking and presentation opportunities for management and senior staff at industry events. Coordinate such events with global marketing communication team.

Candidate Profile:

Desired Skills and Experience :-
A graduate with excellent academics background with knowledge and experience in Business Development as MBA Marketing Preferred.
Excellent business communication skills in both verbal and written.
Self-motivated individuals who can work out the plan and execute the initiatives.
