Responsible for application support activities. Responsible for Service level Management of the applications. Perform Disaster Recovery test for applications. Support new launches /development.
Handle the application incidents independently.
Follow appropriate security and controls instituted (e.g. audit follow-up)
Support continuous improvements in the applications through Problem Management / Six Sigma tools
Communicates effectively with the customer on a day-to-day basis
Interact with other support teams independently for any support related issues.
Participate in Business meetings.
Support metrics collection and reporting
