Job Responsibilities :
Regularly interacting with Account Manager in US to understand the requirements
Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites.
Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications
Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tecfetch, etc)
Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position
Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
3 Months to 5 Yrs of experience in “US Recruitment” in IT
Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
