Job Description:

Answer inbound calls & Request received through Phone, chat and email.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate team.
Monitoring the Service delivery tool and assign the request to the appropriate team queue.
Provide timely update to the customer on the request raised by them.
Management reports generation as requested by the lead.
Suggest ideas for improvement in process.
Provide training to the new joiners in the Service desk team and assist them in call and request handling .
Document any new process and update in Knowledge base.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline with minimum 0 to 6 month experience in BPO Voice process

Skill Required:-

Should have ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information.
Should have sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instil trust in others besides upholding the values of the organization.
Should have ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer, respond to requests for service/assistance
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Should exhibit Punctuality
Should be able to follow instructions as well as take responsibility for their actions and also keep commitments
Should have the ability to make efficient use of available resources.
