Dorling Kindersley Publishing hiring Assistant Editor

Maintain high editorial standards for all your work. Follow and adhere to schedule, workflow, and brief for your work.
Carry out a range of editorial tasks as and when required, for example:

Research subjects to ensure texts factual accuracy and depth.
With guidance, produce accurate edited copy in accordance with the projects editorial style guide.
Proofread pages in accordance with the projects editorial style guide.
Work on indexes and picture credits ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
Check and maintain editorial accuracy and quality at every stage of the process.
Manage own workload and organize work to meet deadlines.
Maintain excellent communication channels with entire book team for duration of project

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Experience             : 0 – 2 yrs
Salary                      : 2,50,000 – 3,00,000 PA
Job Location          : Noida
Qualification           : BA, MA
