To identifying & establish the contact with the potential customers proactively.
- To explain the prospective customers about the projects, amenities provided, rates offer, etc.
- To show the sample flat to the customers.
- To ensure that all prospective customers fill the application / order booking form.
- To prepare & explain the payment schedule & terms & conditions to the prospective customers.
- To share with the customers information, rates finalized for the property by the prospective customer to the legal department.
- To ensure that sales value, payment schedule for the sales transaction with the customers available with the accounts & finance department.
- To keep a track on rates, amenities, etc offered by the customers & shares the same with the superior.
- To ensure that all grievances raised by the customers convey to the projects team.
- To participate in the special sales drive organizes by the organization.
- To enroll & participate in the property expos organize by the MCHI, government or non government agencies.
- To assist the superior & the management in the preparations of the requisite materials for the special sales drive & property expo.
- To analysis & prepare the order loss statement.
- To ensure & provide the sales leads generation report to the superior.
