For Customer Service Representative:

  • To make phone calls to US Insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid claims.
  • B2B and B2C phone Call.
  • Analyze and process accounts.
  • Document the outcome and analysis as per the requirement.

For Technical Service Desk:

  • To provide phone / remote support for the technical Queries of the Internal Employees/ clients.
  • Accountable for working on tickets raised for technical concerns related to Laptops and Desktops.
    Global Voice support.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :
