Job Description:

Dependable attendance is a requirement of the job
Daily handling of All Distressed Orders.
Managing the Emails from Customers /Sales & other Internal Dell teams
Manage the SLA s of EMAIL queue.
Be the point of contact (POC) for managing/driving open/multiple contact queries for Sales/Carriers
Performance Goals communicated by Management from time to time
Attempt to clear work queues every hour/day and ensure they are at 0 at the end of the shift
Ensure on time attendance and no NCNS
Ensure 100% compliance with agreed P & P
Identify Opportunity areas of Improvement and Drive Business Improvement Projects

Candidate requirement:

Demonstrate respectful conduct with customer and all Dell employees
Strong communication skills – verbal & written

skills in Excel:

Customer centric and should possess analytical & logical reasoning skills.
Ability to work under pressure, dealing with ambiguous situations.
Above all work with integrity in driving results
Adheres to company policies and procedures
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any stream. (10+2+3) (B.Tech/ M.Tech / MCA are not eligible)
