The candidate will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per procedures set for various FOBO processes. The primary function of the role is to supervise processing of reconciliations & investigation of breaks.
Ensure accurate, timely and quality delivery of services provided within a risk free controlled environment, to ensure Deutsche Banks overall client satisfaction.
Liaise with the customer and ensure that the process is running as per the procedures and standards laid down
Regular interaction with onshore managers for quicker break resolution.
Ensure completion/adherence of activity as per standard procedure/key operating procedure.
Ensure quality/quantity of processing is maintained as per the SLA
Ensure to maintain internal error rate at less than 0.5%
With good understanding of fixed income products, investigation using multiple tools & applications
Escalate all issues (Age issues) in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business
Assisting the team in decision making and taking complete ownership of the situation
Ensure team work culture is practiced
To get involved in Six Sigma Projects driven by the management team
Ensure proper back-ups created and assist other teams during contingencies (Staff shortage, high volumes etc)

Commodities, GEBS, rates & Credits, Derivatives, TSO or GMLD teams across various regions APAC/Europe/Americas
Qualification & Experience required
Graduates with good academic records
Experience in handling Investigations & Reconciliation activities
Working knowledge of trade life cycle & flows across various products
Good command over English language both written & spoken
Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives. Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required, leadership skills will be essential for this role.
