Job Description:

        1. Required to communicate with various issuing authorities as well as vendors based in different locations in order to obtain verification.
        2. Associate in the QC team would be required to perform Quality Check on verifications completed by the verification teams- they need to have an indepth eye for details and good understanding of the business.
        3. Associate in the Reports team would be required to create the verification reports, which will be shared with the client. This is one of the most crucial steps in the Verification process lifecycle. Accuracy and timeliness is top priority focus area for this team.
        4. Research Associate role involves detailed research and analysis on issuing authorities. The role involves collating, analysing and interpreting information based on research findings as well as preparing and maintaining a centralized database of the research findings for operational use.
        5. Associate in the Applicant Support Team manages email and phone calls queries received for a designated client.
        6. Associates in this team are Subject Matter experts who are directly liasoning with the Clients and have dedicated responsibilities for different clients. They then coordinate to get cases managed and escalation resolved by working closely with the other Operations teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

        1. Coordination with various issuing authorities to obtain verification
        2. Coordination with various vendors based in different location to ensure smooth work flow
        3. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
        4. Reviewing insufficiency inputs if any found during the inflow from the verification process and seeking clarification.
        5. Reviewing verification input received from the team and moving the case to the report writing stage
        6. Coordination with Verification team to get the information completed and process the check
        7. Writing of the report – whether negative or positive basis inputs from the QC team and Verification team.
        8. Reviewing the report with a maker-checker’ concept, ensuring that enough diligence is observed with controls before submitting to the client on the system.
        9. Reaching out to relevant teams to seek any clarification if required while writing the report, in an appropriate and timely manner and make suitable corrections as needed.
        10. Researching on Issuing Authority for missing information and new ones
        11. Ability to work in offline mode to ensure that the research is completed to enable timely submission
        12. Ability to stretch and ensure the research is completed for the database updation and use by the other operations team.
        13. Revert to all queries received via email and phone calls.
        14. Revert to all queries after ticketing the same appropriately on the system, to track the number of cases coming for query.
        15. Revert to all queries by coordinating with Client team and all other Operations team.
        16. Revert to all queries received from the client regarding clarifications, urgent case processing, and escalations.
        17. Revert to the client on the required information to resolve their queries.
        18. Building a rapport and relationship with the Clients to ensure that there is effective two way communication with them on their queries.

Eligibility Criteria:

        1. Graduate in any stream with 0 to 2 years of experience.
        2. Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
        3. Reliability and dedication to the position is imperative.
        4. Ability to maintain and display a positive attitude at all times; supporting business needs and changes; supporting continuous improvement.
        5. Average skills in: Web Searches and using Internet.
        6. Data Entry Skills- Typing of 20 wpm, Accuracy 90%
