Troubleshoot all Level 1 calls from the customers. Ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Timely escalation and handoff of Critical/Irate customer to L2
Document all communication with customers in the CRM.
Notify/Discuss with TL/Manager on Tickets that require assistance
Contribute to the knowledge base/ Tech Forum.
Knowladge of Basic Networking concepts such as OSI Layers/ TCP/IP protocall Suite, UNderstanding of IP addressing and sub netting.
