Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat, online, social media and remote diagnostic technical support of Imaging products.
  • Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products. Responsible for following defined policies & procedures (e.g. verifies warranty entitlement, etc.). Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures. Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Delivers a positive customer experience according to Process standards.
  • Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical service.
  • Advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
  • Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution.
  • When needed, distributes pertinent customer information cross-functionally to ensure smooth case ownership transitions.
  • Strong customer service skills to deliver a low-effort support experience

Technical Problem Solving Aptitude:

  • Responds to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware and networking via e-mail/chat, online, social media and phone.
  • Knowledge on how to interact with a Microsoft Windows Operative Systems and Basic Internet Tools.
  • Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts.
  • Applies Diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
  • Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
  • Identifies, researches and provides input on unique or recurring customer problems.
  • Escalates more complex customer technical issues to senior level support.
  • May be involved in revenue generation activities with current Clients customers.
Candidate Profile :

  • College Graduates (any stream) Fresher or Experienced or undergraduates with 1 year experience
  • Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations.
  • Ability and willingness to learn.
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
  • Good listening and responding skills.
  • Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
  • Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • BE/Btech any Tech fresher with GOOD COMMUNICATION can apply
  • Should have Advanced Computer knowledge.
