Convergys BPO – Mumbai, is hiring Graduates or Undergraduates for its Thane and Bhayander Locations.
Graduate Freshers/Experienced or Undergraduates with minimum 6 months International BPO experience or minimum 12 months Non BPO experience are welcome.
Requirements are for International Lines of Business at both the locations (VOICE Process Only)
Rotational Shifts & Night Shifts.
5 days working + 2 week-offs (week-offs may be split or consecutive)
Australian (Cust Svc/Semi Tech) Voice processes at Thane.
US hard-core-technical Voice process at Bhayander.
Only 2 round of interviews (HR & Final OPS)
Central Lane – Dadar to Ambernath.
Western Lane – Andheri to Virar.
Harbour Lane – Sewri to Khargar.
