Key Responsibilities :-
TheWFM will act as a liaison between the Centralized and Site WFM teams. The WFM is responsible for team projectorganization, centralized and site interaction, planning andexpediting/verifying the overall success of WFM management functionalities. Initiates and manages all WFM communicationsbetween centralized and site team.
TheLead WFM Analyst will act as a liaison between the Centralized and Site WFMteams.
TheLead WFM Analyst is responsible for team project organization, centralized andsite interaction, planning and expediting/verifying the overall successof WFM management functionalities. Initiates and manages all WFMcommunications between centralized and site teams, and leadership.
Preparationof daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports & presentations / decks
Preparingof schedules using Erlang for different queues across multiple locations
Resolveescalated issues and requests from site management
Rootcause analysis of SLA deviations, action plan development and resolution
Monitorreal-time queue, schedule adherence & attendance.
Keydaily exception requests and update schedules
Cross-trainwith Scheduling Analyst
Optimizebreaks the day of or day before the actual schedule
ScheduleADHOC intra-day training requests and update schedules
Produceand analyze daily efficiency reports (representative availability, access leveletc.)
Attend centralized and/or sitemanagement meeting, as required
Cater to real time adhoc requests as andwhen required
Requiredgood communication skill.
Requiredgood knowledge of MS Excel & Power point.
Willingto work 24*7
Candidatewith Scheduling & Forecasting skill will be preferred.
Ability to handle pressure situations
