Training and Development
Assisting in creating training modules for mid-management, mid-senior ,management and leadership layer
Creating Training calendars
Co-ordinating with all needs of the training team during the training and co-hosting them with the trainer
Understanding manpower requisitions from concerned departments.
Sourcing job description on various recruitment portals and head hunting candidates with desired skills
Screening candidates by conducting telephonic interviews
Arranging personnel Interviews leading to satisfactory screenings
Communicating candidature status to all candidates during the process of an interview
Maintaining and updating database of all candidates
Doing background verification before joining
Induction and on-boarding:
When a candidate is finalized and selected, giving them the offer letter, issuing of appointment letter on joining.
Giving a description of policies, procedures and culture of the organization on joining
Filling documents of the new joinee as required
Introducing him/her to the team and supervisor
Explaining various modes of communication in the organization
Attendance and Leave Records
Keeping track of the attendance of all employees using the biometric software
Maintaining the leave form and communicating it to the pay-roll team during monthly closures
Having a regular check on absenteeism
