Job Description:

Processing Officer: Support banking operations for Consumer Bank covering Account Maintenances, Account, Report and Documentation reviews
Receive, review and verify and process customer requests/instructions through various channels
Perform maintenances in customer accounts, report reviews
Ensure proper signature verification is done for customer requests involving CASA and investment accounts
Review and process account documentation for Investment Accounts
Review reports to ensure audit proper on documentation, perform control checks on document/instruction
Perform daily reconciliation of work items received and processed
Liaise with branch staff to clarify, highlight deficiencies and rectify incomplete instruction
Key metrics and MIS reporting

Experience:

0-3 years experience in banking operation, operational process management
Should have good comprehension skills & be attentive to details
Should have good communication skills
Should be able to make sound decisions based on information on hand
Customer focused
Demonstrated strengths across Risk/Controls and Client Excellence

Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
