We are urgently looking for IT Service Desk people to work with us in our Vikhroli, Mumbai office.
* Answer calls from Capita employees worldwide and make a note of the IT issues they are facing.
* Register tickets for the issues and assign the same to technicians.
* Keep a track on the registered and open tickets to ensure that the tickets are closed with SLA’s.
You need to have good communication skills to be suitable for this role.
