BE/B.Tech / MCA Freshers with RHCE or CCNA certification willing to make a career in Networking are required to apply. Monitoring & Management of devices as per SLA
Providing proactive response based on the severity of the issue.
Perform L1 technical trouble-shooting (including management)
Co-ordinating with next level technical team until the issue is resolved.
Communicate effectively with both Domestic & International Customers
Updating the status of the call and tickets to customers at every stage.
Regularly following up the scheduled tasks and reporting the same.
Prepare periodical Reports
Level 1 Support for either of the environments Windows, Unix, Linux server
Should be open for 24/7 job environment.
o Operating System Administration (Windows/Unix/Linux Servers)
o Hardware Knowledge
o Network Concepts (Routers/Switches/Firewall)
o Domain Servers / Active Directories / Mail Server / Anti-Virus
Good in preparing reports using MS Office /Open Source Office Packages.
Knowledge in Monitoring Tool
Experience in handling tickets through Service Desk Tool.
